The hardest part of the 7 1/2 Habits is to create my own learning toolbox. How do you know what tools to include when you are just starting? The box is created in the process.
The easiest part is teaching/mentoring others. New learning begs connection to old learning. Those connections offer insight into where to share the new knowledge.
